KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer &Operations for our [1] Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver processimprovement and transformation projects that span all aspects of operationswithin a healthcare system; work as part of a team focused on solving complexoperational issues utilizing market leading technology-enabled solutions andadvanced analytics in conjunction with exceptional healthcare knowledge

* Independently andcollaboratively participate in client projects focused on improvement,optimization and transformation of processes surrounding clinical, quality,operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcareservices by way of conducting observations, interviews, document review,data-driven insights and process mapping

* Communicateregularly with Project Managers, project teams and representatives from variousfunctional teams, including escalating any matters that require additionalanalysis; work in teams assisting clients across entire care continuum;engagement teams will be involved with assessing, validating and benchmarkingcurrent operational performance and technology-enabled capabilities againsthealthcare leading practices and their marketplace competitors

* Work andcollaborate on conduct research for and perform data collection, analysis,synthesis and narrative development to support project deliverables andpresentation content for both internal KPMG team and external clients

* Develop highquality work products utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data asdirected (written briefings, status reports, issues risks logs) forpresentation to clients and demonstrate problem solving skills through criticalthinking, intellectual curiosity, intellectual rigor and questioning whenbreaking down and analyzing complex issues and framing approaches for potentialsolutions

* Support proposaldevelopment and other new business development activities by leveraging new andexisting relationships with client business leaders; display an appreciationfor the complete cycle of work and understand the impact of assignments on theoverall goal of projects

Qualifications:

* Minimum five yearsof consulting experience focused on clinical or operational improvement,systems integration, or equivalent industry experience and demonstratedknowledge of the healthcare industry and functional leading practices; canrelate these to specific client challenges

* Bachelor ' s degree from an accredited college/university; preferredconcentrations include Nursing, Healthcare or Business Administration,Information Technology, Biology & Life Sciences, Economics, Finance,Industrial Engineering or a related field

* Progressiveexperience with working on teams in a lead role with experience managing UKG Dimensions,Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling projects, leading meetings, draftingstatus reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis anddesign; project experiences consist of clinical, quality, financial,information technology and operational within the Healthcare industry

* Experience withhandling, analyzing and evaluating large data sets, Tableau, SQL, Excel,Access, Power BI) and Data Warehouse management

* Proficiency withfoundational consulting skills such as analytical, written and verbalcommunications, appropriate client presence, facilitation and presentationabilities

* Strong MicrosoftOffice skills including Excel, Project, Word, Power Point and Visio

* Ability to travelas needed

California Salary Range: $126600 - $208900
