Partnerships Solution Architect

We are looking for a visionary Partnerships Solution Architect to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships Team. This role is tailor-made for an individual transitioning from a Senior Product Manager position within a SaaS environment, who has demonstrated exceptional prowess in nurturing partnerships and engaging directly with customers. Your success in understanding and shaping the company's strategic vision through partnerships will be crucial as we continue to rely heavily on integration partnerships to enhance our SaaS offerings with new features.
  • This position will be hybrid. It will work out of our Lehi, UT HQ Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
  • Reports to: Head of Strategic Partnerships

What You Will Own
  • Lead the charge in product discovery, user research, and engagement with key players as Weave transitions towards a distinct revenue model centered on an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
  • Drive the prioritization and project management efforts for this initiative on both micro and macro scales. Primary focus will be on iterative development and swift releases to this platform, aligning with market insights gathered through thorough research.
  • Accelerate improvements to existing integration partnerships while laying the groundwork for engineering, product, sales, and GTM teams to capitalize on new product and strategy-driven integration opportunities.
  • Serve as the pivotal bridge between the Strategic Partnerships Team and the Product and Engineering departments, ensuring a cohesive and unified strategic vision.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Integration Partnerships to identify, secure, and optimize new integration partnerships that align with our revenue-driven success criteria.
  • Support the Manager of Integration Partnerships in maintaining and expanding existing partnerships, focusing on mutual customer base growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Product Partnerships to scout and evaluate potential product partnership opportunities that can broaden our product suite beyond in-house developments, particularly focusing on white-label solutions that are critical to our product experience.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment, ensuring that partnership initiatives are seamlessly integrated with product and engineering roadmaps for long-term strategic wins.
  • Lead initiatives to translate partnership opportunities into actionable product features, working in tandem with product and engineering teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch these features.
  • Champion a partnership-centric culture within the product and engineering teams, fostering an environment where collaborative success with partners is a key driver of innovation and growth.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably within a SaaS environment, with a track record of leveraging partnerships for strategic advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of successful customer and partner engagements.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership opportunities with long-term company goals and product visions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
