Sr Manager, Enterprise Solutions Architecture
Berlitz - Princeton, NJ
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Solutions Architecture will design, implement, and maintain IT systems for business clients. They are responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems, overseeing the implementation of programs, and liaising with the software development team.

Competencies:

  • Must be able to analyze business concepts and present to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Superior communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver presentations to the C- level Executives
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel and other project management tools
  • Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Must be able to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in IT infrastructure and Development projects
  • Occasional after hours work as needed.
  • A customer service mindset to work with non-technical users in pressure situations
  • Personal integrity and strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage and work with a team or as an individual


Physical Demands: Office work related to hours of meetings, sitting at a desk and computer input

Work Environment: Business casual corporate office environment
